WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Once payment is confirmed, we usually ship your items within 48 hours. Then you should receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking number and link. If you haven't receive a notification after 48 hours please do contact us so we could sort it out for you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
For New Zealand based buyers, this usually would just take 2-4 WORKING days (Auckland Based) or 2-7 WORKING days (rest of NZ) after we process your order. And depends if item your buying is available in our New Zealand warehouse, if not, then it would take at least 7-15 working days upon purchasing.
For Australia based buyers, your orders will take at least 2-6 working days upon processing.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
DO YOU OFFER BANK TRANSFER AS PAYMENT METHOD?
Yes we do. But ONLY for New Zealand and Australia based buyers. You can use this to pay your orders online. Once you reach 'Payment Method' page, you can select 'Online Bank Transfer' or 'Bank Deposit' if you prefer to manually deposit cash at your preferred bank.
After confirming, you'll then be redirected to another page that will provide you with our account details and further instructions.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No. We're only an online shop. However, we do allow 'Pickups' for certain items which are available locally to the buyer. You can send us a message that you would prefer pickup if you're in Auckland and, we'll send you a code your can use upon checkout so you won't pay the shipping fee. After Order confirmation, we'll be sending you a message when and where to pickup your orders.
MY CURRENCY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE CHOICES.
At this time, we decided to make our products available for NZ and AU only.
Philippines based buyers can contact us directly at email@example.com or message us on Facebook and someone on our team, who is based on your country will contact you on how to purchase the items.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
